  1. Moon Studios doesn't have any room to talk imo. Three years of hype and delays. 30 hour game turned out to be a 13 hour 100%. Second main character turned out to be nothing but a plot device that they decided to kill off three hours into the game and only had 5 minutes of screen time. And game ran like garbage at launch, but they have fixed it up nicely, I'll give them that. I was really fucking disappointed with WotW
The gameplay and art style were more than what I had hoped for, beautiful game, but the story was just.. terrible.
Not to mention they tried so hard to copy things from Hollow Knight, just to fail. Hollow Knight's still better and fucking quarter of the price.

  2. CDPR are victim on their own success CyberPunk is very ambitious game personally for me they should wait a bit longer with the release maybe june or july this year …problem is investors and companies like Sony and Microsoft will always pressure game developers to release the game early but still no excuses to let down the fan base…Gaming industry is dead is Hollywood studios trying to release the next blockbuster ….which most cases is buggy game with some having loot boxes trying to extract any last dollar left from us fans .CDPR made it one good game series we should this coming i started to doubt the quality of the game when they announce the release dates it was exactly same thing as Bioware …done two year's ago

  3. Sean Murray loved the spotlight? LOL this dude seems to have no Idea what he is talking about…Murray is an introvert person who had said himself that he felt uncomfortable when he was in front of an audience or a camera…

Well who cares, let'S have a bit of fun in Night city now 🙂

  4. Love your line "There's no need to innovate if they get away with these lies." You hit the nail on the head. A dark future is ahead for gaming. Remember when "bugs" were a feature, or a funny thing, of a complete game? Yeah, not anymore, you're buying the bugs and they take up more than 50% of the game.

  5. I think you guys are using video game reviews wrong. I look up a review if I have an opinion about a game in order to accurately judge the reviewer. I even make suggestions for alternate careers, for example as fertilizer.

  7. But it got 200 awards when not even finished from people that were paid! Doesn't their paid for trollage count for something? lmao This is why I don't hired these bullshit 'influencers' to review my shit. They're just stooges repeating what you either told them to say or what they think you want to hear.

  9. Every piece of software and hardware ships with bad code/ bugs. Part of the Software Development Cycle, ship it then patch it. Sometime this includes promised features that never happen or aren’t as advertised. Apple, Microsoft, Android etc have released hardware and software that have fallen short. It’s an industry wide problem or characteristic. It’s like the joke, never buy the first release of anything tech hardware or software.

The original post should have mentioned the way the press caved into the conditions for review and not being allowed to use their own footage and being forced to use CDPR approved footage. I doubt CDPR is the first company to bully the press. Gaming press needs to determine are they an independent critical media or just an extension of gaming PR. The same issue exist with other media, they exchange access and mute legitimate criticism. There is too much crossing of lines and changing of positions, reporters and critics start working for the industries or governments they cover. The wall of impartiality is torn down and consumers / citizens can’t trust either side. I would argue the game press has been just as damaged by this as game industry.

CDPR should of held off or even cancelled the PS4/XB1 versions and admitted the issues up front, the media needs a higher ethical firewall and not fear losing access for honest coverage.
