What's the one 90s PC game you'd love to have in your collection?
Loom will always be my favorite LucasArts adventure game
I hope to see Heroes of Might & Magic and Carmageddon series in the next video, absolute classics.
Part 1 lol omg 👍
Nice work as always
Why don't you do videos with Kelsey anymore?
Great Vid! I'd love to know what your favourite Monkey Island game is? Personally I love the Curse of Monkey Island
Starlancer is the only big box pc game I still have. I got into pc gaming late, like early 2000s.
My all time favourite game is Baldurs gate 2, but I own it, so I would pick something like Loom, Day of the tentacle, Fate of Atlantis or first System Shock…
I remember having Quake II on PS1 and it was one of my all time favorite PS1 games. I remember destroying my friends in local multiplayer 😁
Dude you're looking pretty skinny, are you okay? <3
It is awesome that you left BladeRunner for last! It is super cool to see you enjoy your collection so much and I was so pumped to send Blade Runner to you a few years back. I am excited to see more of your Big Box collection. You are a walking encyclopedia, especially when it comes to PC.
I wish I knew as a kid I wouldn't of thrown the box away
would love to see an episode of your favorite PC game covers, irrespective of the quality of game. maybe even a video of amazing covers, terrible games.
Need FX Fighter and FX Fighter Turbo
Rad
Love the Aliens games and quake
Ahhhh when you knew them as shareware
Ooh. Good video idea: if you had to sell off your collection, what would you keep?
That was fun. I've played nearly all of these. Good times.
I see this, think hey… do I have XIII on GoG? fire it up….. and it's on a giveaway TODAY!
go go go!
I loved every second of this video
Nice section, It would be great if you show a little Gameplay like you do in hidden gems videos, Thanks MJ I love your videos.
Keep em going. Takes me back to my childhood browsing babbages in the mall, looking at all the amazing artwork on these giant boxes trying to pick something out.
I really enjoy this video. Make more of the pc collection.
Blake Stone came after Wolfenstein 3d I thought. Either way love both those games
what a great video, fantastic editing and very well spoken. i look forward to more of these even if i am not a PC gamer lol.
Re that Deus Ex Game of the Year box – there's a sticker in the top right withh the Australian coat of arms with "Office of Film and Literature Classification". Decent chhance that box was originally sold in Australia. Love your work man – cheers from Australia!
XIII went FREE on GOG today! Snag it while you still can.
Really nice video…Blake Stone isn't the first FPS, but id did make other FPSs before Wolfenstein, including the great "Catacombs" series.
Totally agree with Full Throttle as my all-time favorite adventure game too! Then Grim Fandango, followed by Kings Quest 6!
I don’t know anything about these games but I love the videos… only PC game I remember having as a kid was Requiem: avenging angel (or was it fallen angel?)
Greetings from Sweden! The big box pc were almost the equivalent to the collector´s editions of today. You got so much miscellaneous, odd, fun stuff (cloth maps, badges, posters, soundtracks, artbooks, hintbooks, t-shirts etc) in them upon release. The publishers showed a great amount of love back then. Today you download your games and barely get them complete with all DLCs and micro-transaktions. Love your channel big man! Take care all
Everyday I’m thankful for the YouTube algorithm that brought me here to your awesome Chanel 3-4 years ago! I’m not a pc collector but love the work that went into them and it’s physical presence. Gone are those days almost with most games. Thanks for an awesome video! Still waiting on more 360 videos!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!
Just a note: XIII is being given away for free from GOG today.
MJR great stuff man! I look forward to your videos every week!
I am looking forward to part 2!
Really looking forward to seeing those beautiful Might and Magic boxes!
I remember the cd games for pc.
Literally every box you show. omg, so jealous. Get's to the Blake Stone/Wolf one. And then the Deus Ex one. Dies of jealousy. Thanks for showing these!
Yeah man keep'em coming
Because of this video i finally have the motivation to play Planescape torment. I've heard so many good things about the game, but I've never started it.
So glad I got to experience SS 2 back then. It had the same affect on me as well. Still in my top 5 games of all time based on the experience I had when playing it.
Looking forward to seeing the collection. I have a decent collection of games I grew up with an loved, but nothing even close to this massive. I'll still never understand how you were such a huge PC gamer, worked for Sierra, and now only have a mac to edit videos, and no gaming PC. It boggles the mind! But that's what makes life great I suppose. Do whatever you want! 🙂
