My main is all classes. Ill play them all. That's my jam. That's what keeps wow fun and fresh for me. Grinding to get the tip top gear is too painfull these days dedicated raiding and mythic plus is no fun anymore its just a chore. I think maybe ill dabble a little into PVP this time round. Seems way more fun. I want a good story, I want to explore and adventure do lots of crafting play the AH do little transmog and mount farming and that tower stuff. Lots to do. Gear grind no thanks.
I hear you on the Covenants… People are going to do the math and min-max the crap out of it, and then some Covenants will simply be deemed better than others. Covenants should've been 100% aesthetic with no combat use whatsoever. But of course Blizzard didn't go that route…
It's baffling that conduits aren't spec specific. I've committed to A convenient, why isn't that enough, why are we further punished since we can't switch easily but now were stuck with conduits
Why do you consider Hunter while dismissing one of its specs but cut warrior because of one of its specs? Warrior has 2 DPS specs and should be considered if you want to play DPS? Same with Shaman, druid etc
It sounds to me like you’re overthinking picking a class. Take home: play what feels right and feels the best. If it isn’t there for you, change. Best part of Shadowlands is being able to bring up characters fairly quickly. Good luck; glad you went with rogue. Sounds like that’s what felt best to you
you complain about being a night fae DK because it breaks immersion. but then you complain about warlocks and their lack of mobility and seem to imply you wish warlocks had the mobility of a mage… but then they wouldnt be warlocks… theyd be mages… you know, breaking immersion.

I can't pick, so I just play them all hah. My "main" I suppose is probably my first character ever, which was an Orc Warlock. He always gets the first run through a new expansion. Once he gets fairly geared, I'll pull the next alt off the bench. I got all classes at 50 waiting minus rogue…he was close, but didn't quite make it.
My play style has changed over the years. I last hardcore raided in ICC, but since then I just dabble in raiding. I enjoy leveling alts and learning all the class specs for the most part these days. Easier to pick up and put down.
I have played frost dk ice cap for a while now and i think ill go unholy / blood for shadowlands, ill do hunter too, cus pet ar fun and i like collecting them, but ill go mm for the beginning just to level up and have fun with traits i have never tried.
I let go of the "dual" speccs when legion hit, it was too much grind to level up your secondary specc (with alts that is) and i figured i could just keep one specc per character. Not only that but you also have to grind double gear (sense one specc may benefit more from another stat)

Every xpac i main monk, do 1 tier then quit the game. Hoping that druid primary and hunter/mage secondary help with that.

My only hope is that the game doesn't become flooded with warlocks. My guild seems to be filling with alot of 0 achievement points 120 locks….

I hope if u pick rogue you like all 3 specs. Because you need to…. sub got gutted at the start of the last 2 expansions

I was a shaman in bfa and I will be a shaman in shadowlands.

Ranged DPS / Tank is a rough combo, since I do not want to play Druid, so will basically have to choose two toons.
