calling out beacon locations from teams that already hit beacons is kinda cheap if you ask me… SO now u dont need a beacon character… since the coach is calling it out from there streams… and since everyone has good aim at this lvl of competition… these matches just boil down to positioning at the end of the day…
The thing is with algs is teams set up and stay there for a long time so the 5 mins delay doesn't work

Unfortunately people will do whatever they can do win at something. It’s scummy but it’s facts.
Someone can be a “coach” for a team and watch everyone else’s point of view yes it’s delayed but still, he can just give info on the team that’s playing how is that fair.
Edit: 5min delay means NOTHING on algs people camp a spot for more than 5mins how is that “it’s difficult to stream snipe”.
The games are only ~15minutes, why they don't delay the whole game I don't know. Coaches should only talk post game.

idk this is just my opinion but theres literally no point in having 5 minute delay
it should be standardized to be delayed 20 minutes, its not like the streamer is going to talk to his chat during a serious tourney
it's a good thing no team ever discuses future rotations like "if the circle pulls that way we go there or if it pulls that way we go there and rotate thru that choke" cus then this rule would be dumbdumb. but i guess ALGS wants people to watch their stream by making most players not stream their games.

Bro, don’t hate the player, hate the game. The rule is there and its clearly said Stream Sniping is ok, if the people that’s running the tournament said its ok then I fail to see why the coach is getting hate. And in my opinion, viewers shouldn’t influenced in how the rules are made, it should be decided between the players participating and the organizers.

Why they even need coach their best player
Beacon information even on a 5 min delay is huge, teams could completely change their legend comp off that alone, it's quite unfair and stupid tbh

This is bad for teams which are ratting in one place, like TSM… Bad for rats, good for the viewers.
Coaching talking mid game is an issue since even if stream sniping is against the rule I'm sure they'll still do it just make the info less obvious.
Even with the 5 minute delay you can get a lot of information on your opponents like legen composition and if the legend used his ult in the last 5 minutes or so.
How tf is stream sniping and talking to your team mid game a thing like fam that’s the point of the IGL for the info but you have a coach basically giving info that is unknown to the players that’s blatant cheating DONT AT ME
No kiz pros are what ruin most games, stop whining and do the same shit, they complain about every gun and get it nerfed just like in cod
I think in theory it sounds fine if the coach only watched his players pov, but there's no way to monitor that and they won't have this advantage during a lan tournament so doesn't really make sense to give it to them online. Also, kinda makes the players lose their shine if they have someone talking to them midgame. So I think they should only be able to do it in between games.
honestly what C9 did wasn't that bad compared to G2 like you knew the characters you picked wouldn't be able to beacon scan so you take advantage of other teams that picked a beacon character?.
