I know you're a killjoy main so it's ok if you don't know this but 2:53 Reyna always get one charge of its heal/devour no matter if she die or not, so him using the first charge for heal already cost him that charge.
You compliment him for not using second one that it saved him the money and he only has to buy one more now, well even if he had used it he would still have to buy only 1 coz reyna always gets one back. And saving the second one does not give reyna one more (means it does not become 2 charges).
So saving the second charge does not matter.
If he would've saved first one he would still have 2 (which is obvious).
Please lower the music Volume on the background.
