i wish i could go into the past to tell cohh XD your Character is Unique in how her Spirit self is Fully linked to her mortal self making them one and the same but the other Mediums like her father and sister had there Spirit selves as Separate entities and separate minds. Sadness was Lily and the Maw i think was a Manifestation of Lily's rage and anger and spite for her mothers loss much like how People can Develop more than 1 personality as a defense BUT since Lily was apparently a vary powerful Medium her Extra personality she created Manifested into a Demon thus why the Demon could not be free unless she set it free.
The monsters the people had like Henrys was there Darkness there Sin SO the MAW was Lilys Darkness her Hatred her rage.
Things about this game, some optimization issues, audio balancing issues, story was interesting. There were some cool gameplay elements but little actual gameplay, and as such no substantial narrative through gameplay.
