By far my best Rosaria setup:
Weapon: Crescent Pike (R4)
Team comp: Rosaria (C2) [Planning to get C6 on her], Fischl (C6) [Planning to replace with C6 ER build Lisa], Beidou, Xinyan (C4)
Artifacts:
– 2x Bloodstained, 10/20 (Crit rate & DMG)
– 2x Blizzard, 10/20 (Crit rate & DMG)
– Crit rate Circlet, + 30% Crit DMG
– Cryo Goblet
Phys DMG bonus: 59.5%
Cryo DMG bonus: 61,6%
Crit rate: 73%
Crit DMG: 162%
I can perform way better than either full Phys or full Cryo DPS setup.
TLDR: She’s worse than Kaeya on most comps but with constellation she catches up.
Anyhow, take their assessment with a grain of salt, since their method is HEAVILY centered around Motion value (how much damage is dealt in a period of time). Kleeful himself even made a video saying Motion value is not everything.
A few saving graces for Rose that I wanna point out: 1.She’s easier to get. If you want her you roll this banner, while Kaeya copies comes randomly. 2.Longer range. Her E Q both have bigger range/aoe, and as a spear user, she naturally has longer reach than Kaeya’s sword. Also her Q is a big circle on the ground while Kaeya is a small one following you, making fighting more dangerous. 3. Blink. Fighting anything smaller than Mitachurls means you have a free blink every 6s, which means extra safety.
How does she compare against xiangling crescent pike? For early-mid game

So, a worse Kaeya till C2 and only than she is better than him? Shame(
She feels good with the team. Her E gives cryo to enemies easily and with ER sands, her Q is always up as well. She did so well last night in the Abyss even under leveled. I gave her 4Noblesse. Pairing her with hydro is amazing.
