Today I will be giving a community challenge: Is a manual save feature important in a video game? A manual save feature is important in a video game because without a manual save feature in a video game, if you mess up early on in the video game, you may have to start over because the game automatically saves your progress wherever you are at. A manual save feature in a video game is important also because a manual save feature could cause people who are not good at video games to still enjoy video games there making a manual save feature important in the video game. In summary a manual save feature is important in a video game.

do you regularly manually save your game progress? if so why or why not? would love to hear your thoughts…
Depends on the game – sometimes a game depends on immersion/atmosphere, and allowing saves anywhere would trivialize the game-play. If the developer only does it to artificially extend playing time, it's really heinous.
I was blown away a few years ago when I tried playing Final Fantasy 3 in an emulator and was able to save at anytime using the emulator save function. The game became far easier and the game world itself became "smaller," because there were no longer stretches of challenge where I couldn't start over if I scrubbed.
That is cool I love game that is cool ❤️❤️❤️
I'm up for this challenge
Hey mate me vr is uploaded
Any kind of save in a game is a good thing the choice should always be there in my mind mean auto save can be a bad thing I got games with auto save but the can fail manual save is the best option to me it makes you physically save you don’t become lazy like auto save great video mate 😎😎😎😎😎😎
Like I just said to Danny I don't think every game should have manual saves could take away the difficulty of some games I play a lot of Dark Souls and the challenge would be lowered being able to save before bosses
Great video mate, i think that manual save is very much worth having and using as much as possible. Some games really could have done with this feature.
Awesome video mate. Trying to get my thoughts together on this and typing it out is too long winded. I will do a video response asap.
Nope…i always auto saving
I think they weren't necessary in the old coin op days as games were just a short experience but now that games take so long to complete they are absolutely necessary thing is if people don't want to use the save feature they don't have to its all about enjoying yourself 🙂
This is a good topic to discuss, so many things to consider 🤔 will put some thought into this and try my best to put out a Video Response 👍
i think the most important question should be "is autosave even worth it" or "how many save files should you have" those always bother me than Manual Saving
interesting subject i actually never thought about it to much, but you bring up alot of great points, but the short answer for me any game that lets me manually save i use that feature alot,! im going to keep my eyes out for these kinda community challenges, another great vid man
