  1. He doesn’t exactly look happy to be pulled into the Maw…I do find it interesting that Ardenweald seems to be a largely internal quest line so far, while Revendreth/Maldraxxus/Bastion have some interplay.

  2. We need to see these type of cutscenes (prediction)
The Eternal Ones' past: Eternal Ones fighting Zovaal which caused the Shadowlands to be fractured from one realm to multiple realms of death. It will be interesting if Sire Denathrius was the one who convinced his fellow Eternal Ones to spare Zovaal and banish him to the Maw.

  3. I think the Jailer will kill the Eternal Ones during the final battle between the Four Major Covenants & the Mawsworn. Either that or the Eternal Ones will sacrifice their own lives in destroying the Jailer. This will leave a power vacuum with only the Arbiter being the last Eternal One. Also, Kael'thas and Uther, unlike the other mortals in the Shadowlands, are not ready to lead the covenants. It is likely that Margrave Sin'dane will die in the final battle which can finally allow Draka to become the new Primus. If that is the case, that means that the new leaders of the Shadowlands will be the Arbiter (again), a Paragon who becomes the new Archon of Bastion, Ysera as the new Queen of Ardenweald, Draka as the new Primus of Maldraxxus, and Prince Renethal as the High Councillor of the Court of Harvesters' Oligarchy rule of Revendreth (Renethal clearly stated that Revendreth will be ruled by the Court of Harvesters after Denathrius' defeat but the Tithelord and Fearstalker roles have to be filled in.)

  4. I definitely prefer the ingame cutscenes that are pre-rendered and animated by a cinematic team to these. These cinematics here have still come a long way and are I guess better than just usual text bubble NPCs talking, but they come off as really awkward sometimes, with few pauses between character dialogue and actions. They just aren't edited together or cut well, maybe even just poorly scripted.

It feels like Legion had more of the better kind of animated cinematics at launch, than Shadowlands did. Compare this to something like Genn fighting Sylvannas…. Even if this is meant to be a minor story beat, there are two extremely popular characters with lots of backstory in the same room here. Seems like a wasted opportunity, given the art resources Blizzard clearly has. This isn't to say Shadowlands is lacking in that department either, because it clearly isn't, but some of these cinematic feel like somebodies machinima video project, while others like Ysera's resurrection was incredible.

  5. 1. The Jailer says, "No one escapes the Maw without my knowledge."
    2. The player replies, "Except for the Champions of Azeroth, Jaina Proudmoore, Thrall, Baine Bloodhoof, Uther the Lightbringer, Shandris Feathermoon, Alexandros Morgraine, Prince Renethal, Revendreth's Curator, and etc."
    3. The Jailer attacks the player in rage.

  6. I do not think Kel'Thuzad is to happy being brought to the maw. But I think, he honstly should look more distressed. He has no emotion, unlike for example Azshara after Eternal Palace. Ok., I do not know, how a skeleton/ lich shows facials emotions, but still.
