That skin is so bad, what the hell. It's like the base skin but with a chroma. The only positive thing out of this is the fact that this broken to shit champion is getting a shit skin and the other serious champions are getting treated well.
At first i thought it was just akshan i a white tuxedo, but after seeing the effects it looks kinda ok. Not the best skin in all of league but also not the worst. at least i like it more that his realese skin plus the rope being rose thorns is GENUIS!
