  1. Moderators of that subreddit removed the post. They didnt give a reason why they removed it

    Edit:
Those mods put the post back up, they said this:

Hey everybody. Just want to leave a small update to let everyone know that the post was briefly removed by our automod after being wrongly flagged and has since been manually approved. We are thankful at everyone letting us know that we had a problem and hopefully we get no more from here.

  2. Thought it could be real, at first. But the speak sounds too colloquially American. Isn't CDPR supposed to be in Poland? I do hope I am wrong, and it is real. It would mean a lot of audio content of the cut material should have already been recorded. But, I'd listen to mismatched voices added just to flesh out this game. Maybe even just read subtitles would be acceptable. It should be recommended for PS4Pro and Xbox One X, but not for PS4, Xbox One, and One X. RAM and clock speed are better on those, I think, and recommend an SSD USB drive for the Xbox One X. Does PS4Pro support gameplay on a usb drive installation? I already run my Cyberpunk 2077 Xbox One version on a One X using a USB 3.0 Samsung Evo SSD drive.

  4. It took 7 years for CDProjekt to release Cyberpunk 2077 the way it is, an unfinished and unpolished game. Do you guys really believe they will overhaul the game in just 6 months? Not gonna happen.

  5. The post seems legit. It never got over-the-top, and sounded like it honestly game from an actual, frustrated employee; someone angry to see a product they had a hand in be released too soon and have changes made by leadership along with interference from outside forces. The criticisms were level-headed enough to sound real to me.

  6. One of the smoking guns in this post is the date in which it was made: December 15th, 2020. The poster commented that Sony was furious with CDPR during this time and that they would be having a very serious meeting with the studio heads.

Well, guess what happened a couple of days later? Sony delisted Cyberpunk 2077 from their store.

Not sure if all of this is 100% true, but this along with some other things this individual mentioned lends some credibility to what was stated here. Either way, we will find out for sure in the next few months.

  7. the one thing i have about Keanu's Silverhand aside from the voice acting. (guy has 30+ years of experience delivering lines in set during action, not behind a mic reading from a page) is that he looks like a guy who's in his 40s 50s, but Silverhand died in his early 30s originally. and it's during a time, when 80 year olds like Yorinobu look 40. Silverhand looks like some 80-90 year old dude by cyberpunk standard. but he's actually 30 something.

  8. Regardless of whether it's a real developer on Reddit or not, the very fact that it is believable alone speaks volumes about this industry. There needs to be a hard limit on how much investors and publishers can interfere with development in every studio, and a lot less crunch and reliance on patch culture.
