Welcome to FudgeMuppet & get ready to jump into our best netrunner build for Cyberpunk 2077 – an awesome poison hacker playstyle!

For a quick summary of our thoughts, we found the game to be good in the sense that there’s a solid main story, a beautiful world-aesthetic/art design, and cool characters with some neat side quests. However, because we all played through picking different choices, we quickly realized that the game underdelivers when it comes to player choice & consequence, as well as the idea of ‘living’ in the game. Cyberpunk 2077 does not give the player that much agency, and you definitely can’t ‘be anyone’ or ‘do anything’ in the world. You are V, and you play V’s story. That said, it’s worth stating that we had a lot of fun playing this story and enjoying the different playstyles on offer.

Cyberpunk 2077 is a 2020 action RPG developed and published by CD Projekt. Mike Pondsmith, the creator of Cyberpunk, was a consultant during game production, and actor Keanu Reeves has a starring role. The player assumes the first-person perspective of V, a mercenary who has three different life backgrounds for the player to choose from. The game takes place in Night City, an open world area set in the Cyberpunk universe. As the player completes quests and levels up, they can develop their abilities in hacking, technical skills, and various melee and ranged combat styles.

  1. As a huge fan of your Skyrim and Fallout 4 builds, I've been waiting for your Cyberpunk builds. I have also been wanting to try a netrunner type so I can't wait to try this build out. Thanks guys for all your great builds.

  2. i will make my build roughly like this but put some points in crafting, blunt melee and a little athletics too, i will carry a Pistol with a silencer and sight as well as the "Sir John Phallustiff" dildo club for knocking enemies out if i could not get a choke on them (and because it is fun to knock them out by slapping a dildo in their face)

  3. I Just got legendary Contagion andi think it worksso strong becouse its bugged. Something with damage caluclations when you increase number of jumps to other targets gets messy and you instantly hit couple of tagets for 8k+ damage with quickhack that supposed to do damage over time. I stopped using it becouse you basicly faceroll your way through the game with this :/

  4. Hold on, Diffusion INCREASES Quickhack AOE by 2 times, meaning a total of three times it's original area, plus the earlier ability of increasing by 60%; Contaion's AOE is 8 meters, this brings it up to 38.4 meters, or 125.98 feet!

Forget my earlier comment calling this guy "The Plague," we should just call this guy Roche Bartmoss.

  5. CDPR really should have been more upfront about how pre defined V was. In many of the interviews they made it sound as though V would be like a Bethesda character almost an entirely blank slate instead they are more like Adam Jensen or Geralt

  6. Btw… Tech is 100% the best 3rd tree to spec into. The ability to craft armor and handpick only legendary mods is a HUGE boost to hacking DPS.

You can craft an armor set in the ballpark of +400% crit damage and +75% crit chance just off of armor mods.

The other advantage is that you can basically just use tech guns for a “life steal” ability by getting the legendary cyberware that gives you 10% health per charged shot.

This doubles to 20% per shot with the cold blood perk. And then some tech guns go full auto after being charged… so you never die.

  7. Yeah, bummed by the lack of actual…roleplay options in the game, glad I didn't pre-order. REALLY bummed that the monowire isn't actually used for hacking either. Actually counts as a street brawler weapon Heck, you don't even need the gorilla arms for a lotta the features they advertised for it either, just high body. sigh Hope mods or updates or something makes this just…better.

  8. In regards to gear being mismatched, a stopgap solution bar something like a transmog system is to get a legendary subdermal armor body modification which should reduce the need to focus on armor stat over aesthetic

  9. For anyone wondering, you get the legendary cyberdeck operating system in the Watson district. The ripperdoc just north of Kenedy North fast travel.
Since the video failed to mention where to find…..

  10. Had a similar build but I focused 100% on suicide with ping (both legendary)
1)Ping at legendary rank lets you apply quick hacks even if the target is behind a wall.
2)I use the cyber deck (TETRATRONIC RIPPLER MK.4), it gives me insane upload speed and cooldown (keep in mind suicide hack has massive upload time and cooldowns)
3)I also use Hackathon perk with the usual damage + crit stacking + stealth gameplay, my cyber ware are quite similar to this build
4)With all that done, my suicide quick hack went from 120 second cooldown to 2 seconds cooldown (yep)
5)With plague it spreads to 2 units (seems bugged atm, unable to spread to 3)
6)Atm (I'm lvl 38), my suicide can crit for 110k and I can literally spam it 24/7, truly op…

  11. It's really strong. Once you make your legendary ping quickhack you can just hack through walls. Ping one of the guys out front and go to work. you don't even have to leave your car. Kinda curious how you have a green monowire, as mine is always orange.
