  2. CDPR are really on shooting themselves here, lying and blaming on Modders, that just wants to help and fix their game to be better. This type of shit really just wants me to never wanna see this game come back alive.

  3. "I Fought The Law" … right from the start, you are given this wonderful insight into why the Mayor has shut down Watson, a sneak peek into a clandestine meeting between the Mayor and people who look like they could be Arasaka telling him they need to keep it locked down just a little longer! Political conspiracies! … and then you get a chance to dip your toes further into that with this quest… but the Peralez's dismissal at the end was a kick in the teeth, NOT because they don't let you know what's going on, but BECAUSE the game ROBS you of the ability to follow that up yourself. That's not the spirit of RPG, that's just interactive linear fiction. Where's the player choice? I LOVE this game, but this quest pissed me off.

  4. CDPR scratched the "RPG" part from the game prior to release. What can you expect from it? When it comes to gameplay, quests and open world, at this point Far Cry 4 did a better job, and was 10x more polished and satisfying. CP2077 is done. We can wait all we want, no hotfix or update will be able to fix the awful core mechanics of the game. This is simply a failure, a gigantic disapointment and one of the biggest scams of the industry ever. Get over it.
PS: I used to be a CDPR fanboy-ish, I'm not here to hate, just saying. They're no more than manipulative liars and narcissistic delusional pricks to me at this point.

  5. If they can replay mission just for better outcomes will be a GREAT step. So that way if their any bugs in the mission, we can just restart the mission instead of a save.[hopefully you saved it]

  6. CDPR could have fixed this vulnerability without saying a word, and just noted it the patch notes. The exploit was communicated to them as soon as it was discovered. The fact that it was there is pretty sloppy on CDPR's part, and instead of patching it quietly the chose to try and cover their butts.

  7. He's sounding dangerously like David Lindelof / Dan and Dave. Fans can only take so many "subverted expectations" until its time to just stop paying attention to those content creators.

  8. The more I play the witcher 3 the more it feels like the team that worked on cyberpunk wasnt the same who worked on the the witcher series. It honestly feel like nobody in the company wanted to make cyberpunk other than the CEOs and investors

  9. What happened CDPR like for real I can play a game that crashes I can play a game with bugs but your game lacks content there is nothing to do in the world other than 2 minute side quests and the ones that are longer are good but so few in-between you made up cyberpunk like it was going to be an rpg but I just see a big city with a few quests and not much else the badlands take there name literally like it's just bad unfinished wasteland that's it now here's some of the things I was hoping for to be able to join some sort of faction/guild do car races on the reg not just 3 n done and be able to mod out my character if that would have been In the game would have played it bugs or not

  10. So some blackhat hackers and online terrorists are trying to hold CDProjekt Red hostage as a company.

My guess, I'm betting the forensics will lead to China or Russia or that same White Supremacist hacker group we've been tracking… which is tied to one of the above in origin.

    Why?

It's probably less to do with the botched release of this game on Consoles, or how Execs consistently lied to the public about how they managed staff and the game's development.

No, gamers know those things will be fixed, gamers on PC know how amazing of a game it is and how much of a leap it is. Nearly every game that came out in 2020 was a buggier piece of shit on release than this game was in many ways and we all noticed how overblown the criticism was.

No, it's the story, the story basically, in mass, raises the awareness level of the public at the base. It effectively inspires and directs one on how to confront fascism, corporatocracy, and authoritarian powers that be.

That's the product of the game company, the actual story and meaning of the game, the lessons and answers such a story reveals.

Because of the nature of this game's story, there have been ColIntPro attacks on this game developer. From manipulating the market and stocks, using shareholding to force early release, despite a slowed development from Covid, from the hours and hours worth of content creators ragging on them for it to lower stock prices.

The interesting thing to note, is these videos, they've been boosted by money not of the content creators or pr agency, it's coming from dark money. The purpose is to produce a negative feedback loop, a cycle of content creators making more content because they thought the story and position they took was popular instead of boosted by bot/click farms they were unaware of. When in reality, it is because there is either a competing company or nation that did not like what this company had to share in their game. Putting their control tactics at risk.

    It's an interesting thing.

So what do we do about it?

Well, if you are pro-free-thinking and critical thinking, pro-freedom of expression, pro-democracy, pro-populist. Then that means, gamers are going to need to suck up their petty issues over a game's release and consider the bigger issue that we have hackers and dictator regimes attacking game companies because they are willing to release controversial stories and narratives.

What can we do to fight terrorists of thought?

    That's a bigger issue.

    – Personally, I feel their stock is bearish, should be boosted.

    – We should hunt down whoever is sharing the source code and report em to authorities.

    – We should aid CDPR on expansions and mods that make the game too dang good not to love.

    – We should put the content creators sucked into the economic warfare game of fascist and temporarily cancel those that don't get it. So their loss of revenue makes em think twice about escalating petty grievances into scoring one for censorship. It's odd, that one can censor to fight censorship, but here we are.

  12. CP2077 quests sucked, felt like doing chores from A to B and felt frustrated some times with the poor level design and it really didn't matter how you approached the quest it ended the same way
