  1. The retail version looks better.
I'm just wondering that what if they instead of going for the better graphics, go for the better optimization? The 2018 version alredy looks good. If they stop improving the graphics, maybe they had time for optimization and for the cut content.
And also it's easier to downgrade the 2018 version's graphics to the consoles…
I just can't understand why was the target hardware an rtx 2070 or similar performance card, when the majority of people play it on consoles or weaker pc.

  2. The level of detail we got in the retail version was quite astounding. You can notice the muscle at the bottom of Sandra's face tensing as she is flatlining and convulsing. That's not in the demo. There are many little things like this throughout the game. Like while you're talking to Rhino before fighting her, she gives you a face like 'Whatever' and it is the most realistic / well animated facial expression I've ever seen in a game period.

The coolest detail I found tho was when you KO someone who is mid-reload. They drop their half reloaded gun. Overall the way the guns work is one of the highlights inthe game.

If they clean u pthe animations – fix the more annoying bugs – and add in some flavour / things to do outside of missions, maybe the ability to call up phone contacts to get a follower / hangout… then this is actually one of the best games ever made. Even though it's got so much cut out of it.
