If male V dies who cares, that's not even a good character, Female V is allot better and you actually have a connection with her, I got the good ending anyway where V lives and the relic can't kill her and Judy lives with you.
Fun fact: if you die during this ending, the credits roll
Wish there was an achievement for this. Finished it with old save because I missed up one part of the game. Leme tell yea, it was brutal without mu maxed out character.

Wonder why Alt didn't just put V's engram on a shard and have it put back into his body like what basically happened when Johnny's shard was put in. Wouldn't that mean it would reprogram the body's DNA back to V's?

To me the heist in the story should have been optional
I expected Nomad and Corporate to be its own story. Cruising around in cars or working for a corporation was satisfying. Too bad it ended quickly.

Do you have the option to go with panam into the desert with this ending?
from what i've seen most of the choices seem to boil down to either: let Johnny take over or get rid of him and die within a few months. but this secret one seems alright. i didn't put anybody at risk but V. i didn't get along with Johnny so him deciding to go with Alt is a good compromise and the only thing that my V would agree on. plus it would get me the ending where V chooses to live out the remaining days of their life. cool. i'm gonna check it out tonight.
I hope in a later DLC you get to get a new body or something to survive
