Fun fact: literally everything is OP when you have the legendary Short circuit mod. Every single critical hit deals 10k plus damage. Doesn't matter if its a level 1 gun or a level 50 gun lmao

Soviet Union always has the better weapons. Burya and Grad are insane, and the iconic versions are just pure insanity. I mean, there's the only silenced sniper in the game, and that crazy Comrad's Hammer.
Edit: Pulsar is an Indian weapon though….one thing that can surpass Soviet Union armory.

I can't level up hand guns at all (maybe two attributes) what am I doing wrong? Do you have to keep using them for other perks to appear? I thought I used them enough. Any help appreciated.
