I ran into a 2-shot legendary Burya with 3 mod slots. It is basically a mix of Doom Doom and Comrade's Hammer. Each bullet does about 1/4 damage of Comrades's hammer but you can fire it 4 times. I think I got it from one of the assignation missions from padre.
Contents dry bro this gun drops like crazy just hit up one of the gangs I believe if your trying for best drops on it just craft it or upgrade
I got it when I still didnt know about the random loot, so I just pick it, lucky for me it has 4 slot mod and 900 DPS.
I was only level 25 or something that time, ah its been my weapon for such a long time until I reach level 35, has good build, and finally change to comrade's hammer..

If you can't get in because the entrance is closed, as it was for me. To the right of the entrance there is a single and a double freight containers both red. Jump up onto the second one where there is a shuttered window which can be opened.

I just did this mission/quest and lift the gun there because it wasn't Legendary lol. Oh well I still have Yorinobu's gun and Plan B.
