The only problem is all these cool clothes don't level with your character. I would wear Placide's coat if it wasn't so underleveled for me now.

You can buy the legendary crafting spec of that hat in wellspring clothing store.

Optional combat boots: 4:31
Shirt: 5:28
Ocuset: 6:27
Hat: 7:28
You can get the hat as legendary, but at least in my case had to craft it.
