  1. The real problem is all the big games are coming out "half ready" and the developers hoping for a Day 1 patch to fix all the issues but If this is not the case and consumers are complaining the game is not playable (but still had to pay the full price) then they are always coming up with an stupid excuse(im not talking about this year COVID). Sony is an A$$h…le aswell: Promissing there are going to be SO MANY games at launch for PS5 (biggest offer on NextGen games since ever…..yeah sure).

  2. With no exaggeration, even though I love this game, it is the most glitchiest and buggiest game I ever played in my life. Putting Aside the A.I. which was AWFUL and comparable to GTA III A.I. that came out 20 years ago, it was embarrassing for next gen consoles. Despite that, the game had SEVERE bugs that forced me to reload checkpoints in order to continue the game. Cell phone calls stayed on screen, Scan mode outline stayed on screen, lost the ability to shoot down sights, I couldn't draw weapons (biggest bug that I had to research extensively for a solution), I couldn't exit in-car driving mode to see the car in 3rd person, some missions couldn't end because of something I was suppose to DO even though I DID it. Certain characters wouldn't produce a dialogue for me to start/end a mission. All this and on top of that, The game crashed a total of 14 times throughout my full run. It even crashed mid credits rolling in the end which was infuriating because I had to go through it again. I reported every single Crash with video file because I really support the fixing of this game. It's just too big to throw away, but man, Just a very shitty experience on a technical side….yet I still loved it. This game had God tier potential to even surpass the addictiveness of Fallout or Elder Scrolls, but it fell short….very short of that. It had an amazingly complex storyline and memorable characters, unforgettable missions and great experiences overall that made you feel like this game was REALLY something else, something I haven't seen before. It gave me HUGE Judge Dredd, Blade Runner and Minority Report vibes. The city atmosphere, the cars, the maps, all of it felt Fresh and New and it was tarnished by the subpar A.I. and unpolished details plus the really annoying bugs. You definitely have to love this game to forgive it of these faults and I'm glad CDPR took responsibility because this is absolutely shameful to push out. These are issues you would see from a custom modded game, not from a reputable development company. I love CDPR, they always produced absolute bangers, glitches and all, it was still passable and very much enjoyable, but they really raised the bar this time with how bad things can get and I truly hope CDPR will reinvent this game in the future because of it's Massive potential to be a Masterpiece. It's not too late.

  3. We hate on them for what has happened but do we consider how covid must've affected the development of the game in the most critical last months on development.
I hope they know that this game is ridiculously impressive ✨

  4. 1. This is what is upsetting. Cyberpunk 2077 was NEVER meant to be played on Console. And this is what we mean when they are consistently holding gaming back. They later decided to add these systems and sure enough…look what happened.

    2. I honestly feel it was suddenly needing to re-build the game that ended them. And I do not think we will ever EVER see the game that was advertised.

    3. You keep telling us you are going to regain our trust…but you aren't saying anything about the very obvious fact that this is not remotely comparable to the game advertised for the last 9 years.

    4. Nah, I think I'm good. People are already over exaggerating this reply. Look at the comment section. They don't realize he is legally obligated to act in the best interest of the board. Their concern is trying to recoup a years worth of gains lost and not incur more financial set backs. That is not my concern as the consumer. My concern is why don't I have the content this games reputation was built on?
He's not acknowledging that. The console players are not who you should be apologizing to for bugs that were ALWAYS going to get fixed. Where. Is. The. Rest. Of. The. Game?

    5. Yeah…1 video isn't going to erase 9 years worth of lies. They can keep their promises.

  5. An open world RPG…… More like a linear/guided game. Such a dissapointment, i deleted mine after 1 hour of play. I don't need to be hand held and have EVERYTHING highlighted! Find this loot box, oh there it is, HIGHLIGHTED with floating symbols everywhere!! hud Needs to be removed or an option at least.

  6. '' I am sorry '' This is just not gonna work! The same guy that pushed the game to release, is now apologizing for it releasing, being a total mess. This is the greatest scam in video game history.

  7. I great video that they by no means did not have to do. So kudos to them and to be really honest here… And to be honest….Wich game from 2017 and uptil today have really been finished at realese date!? Most game follows by hotfixes, patches and such… So CPR Thumbs up for honesty!

I did not like you own comments here though… By suggesting they should have delay XB1 and PS4 month maybe a year extra, and not the PC version?! Respectfully a really really bad idea.

If a delayed should have been done. Last I looked PC have same exploits and glitches that Consoles have… Better rendering, graphics ofcourse and no crashes though…But would they gone and delayed it and made it a PC exklusive… This backlash would have been fart in the wind in comparisome… But as always respect your view and take on the whole situation👍

  8. fyi the covid pandemic will not affect game or software development. it only increases business. everything you need to do is with a computing machine and software for chat communication. only for capturing the motion you need to hire stuntmen/martial artists to come onsite…….otherwise everything is done on the machine.

  9. So first and foremost glad they made a public apology. The game can be fun and is enjoyable. I in no way blame any of what happened to devs. This was poor management and that is blatantly obvious. This was over promised and under delivered instead of under promised and over delivered.

However, that being said, I want the third person cutscenes back. Not even in game play, just in the cutscenes. They showed it in the trailers and taking it away severely downgraded this game in my opinion. I want a non linear story that branches out based off different decisions as they talked about in trailers. I want the in depth character creation that they talked about and even showed.

I love keanu Reeves and I don’t think he took away from the game, but I do think that whole storyline should have been the DLC instead of the main story. It would have made much more sense to have the main story quest be building up your reputation with jackie and playing out that one cutscene. Once your rep is built up do the heist and have that as the end game content which would have perfectly lead to the “Johnny Silverhand” DLC.

I think they did a pretty good job with the different openings for the life paths but after that it mostly seems the same and the unique dialogues don’t have any real meaning or significance in the story.

Honestly, I was annoyed about the bugs but that wasn’t what made me upset. Bugs can, will, and have been fixed. I wasn’t worried about that. Should they have released the console versions as they did? Of course not. Is what it is. What made me upset was under delivering on all that they promised or even hinted at during trailers.

Again, I enjoyed the game. It’s fun. It’s a decent game, but it could have and still could be a much better game. Thank you for the road map of what is planned for the future.

Thank you specifically to the devs for all the hard work put into this game. Thank you for adapting and moving forward during a global pandemic. Thank you for all your hard work while dealing with mismanagement. Thank you for all your hard work under so much criticism. Your professionalism, dedication, and hard work are appreciated.

  10. I’ve uninstalled and no mention of fleshing out a game that was practically gutted Is not helping me change my mind. Cut content an unfinished game and incomplete experience. the bugs will mostly get ironed out over time but these need to be worked on ASAP if they are to gain back consumer trust.

  11. I feel like this game will never be what it was intended to be.
Sorry but from what i have seen you are better off playing Saints row 1-4.
    Not even talking GTA5.
Costumization alone in the SR games is worth it.
i hope SR5 will kick ass.

  12. I think people may be overlooking the fact that Cyberpunk 2077 has a bad foundation, and may not be able to be "fixed". Seedy PR will be throwing good money after bad at this point. One example is the behavior of NPC's. Can anyone explain how the brain-dead pedestrians and drivers will magically begin to behave similar to the NPC's in Grand Theft Auto 5, a 7+ year old game? How about the cops spawning in behind the player, Star Trek style? The utterly broken and nonsensical crafting system? Player owned apartments that can be customized, similar to Fallout 4? How about buildings that can be explored, not just act as empty background clutter? Fully fleshed out factions, like Fallout New Vegas? I estimate we received about 25% of what was promised and expected. So even if most of the myriad of bugs were hammered out, we might be left with 50% of what was promised and expected. I have played Skyrim, GTA 5, and Fallout 4 for literally thousands of hours each, and still play all 3 on a regular basis, years and years after release. I played Cyberpunk 2077 for a few hours, was singularly unimpressed, then quit after a few hours due to a critical bug that stopped any further progress. Currently, I assume the game will be as good as it will get sometime in 2022, and even then, I will probably be playing Starfield or GTA 6. The overfunded indie game named Cyberpunk 2077 will fade from relevance and become a joke, similar to Daikatana.

  14. He looked like he could use a hug or pat on the back. Like some people said already it's highly appreciated that they are owning up to the bad launch and are being more transparent about the roadmap. Free DLC most likely won't be the scale of Hearts of Stone or Blood and Wine. These would most likely be cosmetic, in game items & activities but I sure hope that some of the supposed cut content be part of this DLC.

  15. I honestly think this people deserves a vote of confidence, mostly cause that transparency they have had with us along the years. They´re just human beings, and they have the right to make mistakes like every single one of us. He seems really affected and concerned about the situation, so I trust him when he says they´re gonna give everything to put the game on they way it meant to be. Leave the toxicity aside and just give them the opportunity to fix it, you would be gratefull with that if u all were in their situation..

  17. It is an apology, but it is not honest at all. If they did not see these bugs and glitches, they need to fire all the testers today! I believe all the challenges, but the game mechanics, and how to mobs/npcs are acting it is just piss poor. After lvl 20 you are in GOD mode, noone can kill you, and you one shot every mob. That has nothing to do with the covid situation and working from home. All the mobs/npcs work with a copy/paste action set…if they even load and dont just stand in a T pose….Bugs that get by testers dont occur on 90% of the loads, thay is just a big fat lie….
