It would be so much better and personal if they didn't have to call the character a generic "V". Wouldn't it just be better to skip saying "V" and just say "Hey. Could you hand me that bag" or "I need you to drive this time." No need to add the same "V" in the dialogue for everyone.

He have PTSD from his earlier days serving and realized the Corpo is what runs the govt and wars he fought so he hate them. Eventually what remains of society is NC run by Corpo so his worst nightmare already happen around the time when he formed Samurai. He's a rebel who hates everyone because he felt society became sheep and allowed this to happen so he used his rocker boy persona to spread his message which clicked with the street kids basically. What Arasaka did was what tip him over the edge to target them specifically because they did him dirty with Alt and all after
"Brilliant but totally broken unfinished game". Wait until more bugs are worked out of it. Be prepared to overlook many flaws.
