I haven't watched the cyberpunk streams at all and clicking in to hear Oxhorn casually dismissing an email as a "penis nanogel scam" really tickled me.

Fallout players who miss the VATS should get an automatic-targeting SMG like Sidewinder or Dian. Zoom in to target heads, and they remain targeted even when enemies (and/or you) go behind covers. And it fires continuously too. Smart guns are essential for playing at hard difficulty because you need cover often when enemies can one-hit you with ease. I'm playing at very hard difficulty with 3000 armor and I'm a one-hit wonder to most enemies!
