"V" is the name of a drug Max Payne chased after in the first Max Payne game (2001). There are also some similarities between the two games: the noirish settings and stories, the drug angle, the evil big corporation, etc. But then, there are many tropes that appear in game after game.

Ox invest in some cheap stick matches my friend or possibly an electronic arc lighter no fuel & completely rechargeable. I use stick matches for my cigars & replaced my old zippo with an arc lighter that I carry daily, windproof cuz there's no flame or fuel, uses your phone charger.
You can store stuff in the stash in your cars trunk the first one you get has one and certain other have trunks also some cars trunks are in the front
I noticed that the tech attribute does not increase your armor by 5% per point like it says it does, totally broken.
