Sadly as you said, the problem will never go away unless people stop pandering to these types of games where it's okay to have a broken game. I too really really miss the days of older games where you got the game that you bought and they couldn't afford to have too many bugs or oh well do this part later maybe if we can, dilemma…..but problem is that has to be on a mass scale and a lot of their demographic can be kids too and a lot of parents do buy them these games and knowing kids they're not going to wait unlike teens and adults are.

that's why I personally don't buy a game these days unless it's been months later where Ik bugs have been fixed.
or at least Nintendo games where they already have those problems fixed and the most they do is updates for spring or season holidays etc…..so different kind of update. Which I accept lol.
No, you couldn’t update games, so when they shipped without final bosses, or levels, or unable to progress because of deadlines, we were just fucked.
If ya knew your tech, you never would have been duped. They'll get it working, but expect a serious (Witcher 3 Switch Edition) downgrade. Just not enough power under the hood on base PS4 & even less so for XBOX ONE S.
At this point CDPR should just kill Cyberpunk like EA killed Anthem and focus on other projects learning from this mess
I was hoping that this game would bring the era of cyberpunk more alive since I’m a big fan of the cyber world. I’m really disappointed now that people are going to disregard it because of this damn game.

This scam should be refunded without ANY questions and be resolved in courts if you can sell product not quite what you have been advertising. Those excuses are BS. They should work day and night to push those fixes. They stole from us and showing us a middle finger now. Anyone know if there is class-A lawsuit (pozew zbiorowy in our terms) against CDPR and CP77? I would like to join in.
It's over 3 months now, and all we got was NOTHING.
I very happy with PS5 game from last update.But I got worried next update is going downgrade so it can run on the PS4. I wish that the has split now so keep both camp happy PS4 and PS5.

I think the Witcher is the ONLY sets of games they put out there and they were always up themselves and I also think they even bullied the original author in their offices, when they were successful getting The Witcher series to work the players liked it.
CD Projekt Red is known for putting out the most nationalized video game which represents their country, in Poland. That's what I think CD Projekt Red are and they were like "Oh, we don't want to be seen as that Polish studio which makes Polish IP into games", so they went to your country, America to get Cyberpunk and were like "Yeah, we're going to make this," not to make the world thinks they are too proud of making their own Polish IP into…. okay, okay, everyone gets it. 😀

I was disappointed with the game's delays, but never at all angry. I was happy to wait until it was done, no matter how long they needed.
Too bad CDPR has forever destroyed that mentality for me. I literally don't even care about anything they'll release now lol.
hey Tipster, i just wanted to ask you something, Is it possible that maybe you or your community can make subtitles for some of your video? the gaming related ones and some of the others are really interesting, but sometimes English is pretty hard for me or some of my friends who can't hear really well, so i'm just curious if it would be possible in the future 🙂
I kinda disagree here…I think CDPR was under a lot of pressure to release the game even though it was in an unfinished state.
If fans had not been so vocal about the delays I think CDPR would have been able to postpone the launch further until the game was ready.

The only thing I really liked about the Witcher was the dialogue, so I was waiting to see what Cyberpunk would be like. Dodged one hell of a bullet.
Patching a game post-launch is fantastic in theory. But this is where we are with it now.
Selling any unfinished product without clearly labelling it so should frankly be illegal. But they wouldn't do it if customers didn't keep rewarding them for it.
Stop pre-ordering & defending companies people.
