  1. Lets get one thing clear. The game itself doesnt run 60 fps on the ps4 pro. this guy has a recording device that is set to record at 60 fps 1080 p and he uploaded that video in that recorded format. The video being shown to us on youtube is not 60 fps the game cant even run 60 fps but his capture card can record at 60 fps. So what is essentially happening is he is using a 60 fps capture device to record content but the actual content (the game) itself is only outputting 30 fps. In the end therefore means the end outcome is actually 30 fps video in reality.
He uploads this video in 1080 p you can even record ps4 pro gameplay and upload this in 4k 60 fps with a 4k capture card and even thiugh it says 4k 60fps on youtube. It isnt actually content that is 4k 60fps.

Let me give you an example: you got a 4k camera recording device and you point it at your tv screen that plays 1080 p movie. Your recording a 1080 p ouput from a 4k camera. The actual output when you look at final product means only 1080p. Recording 1080 p content with a 4k camera doesnt magically add pixels onto the 1080 p content.

  2. People think that PS4 is completely outdated. This is what you get when you shill the H out of PS4 Pro and pretend that PS4 Pro is magnitudes of factors better than regular PS4. Pretty crazy. This is how companies manage to squeeze every penny for their products out of those naive enough to buy PS4 Pro when they already have a PS4. I've had my PS4 for quite some time and I've seen comparisons between PS4 and PS4 Pro. Can't say I was impressed to drop another $350-400 for almost nothing.
