I wanted to see how well Cyberpunk performed on PS4 (the standard Ps4, not the PS4 Pro or Slim), and give my first impressions of the game.

One thing I will say though… To anyone disappointed with the ps4 footage you've seen… Perhaps have a look at my other video about Cyberpunk on Google Stadia. You guys gotta realize at some point you can’t expect every new gen game to run fine on a 6+ year old hardware. Like yes, it can be optimized a little better but it’s still not going to look all that great. If your picky about quality your going to have to upgrade.
The game was supposed to come out in April, months before new consoles, CDPR fucked up big time,

The main square looked empty. Base model PS4 can handle RDR, Last of us 2, the hordes in Days Gone. Looks unfinished still

Looks quiet amazing for the ps4 Version. I still struggle if its worth buying it. So what's your recommendation? Honestly i dont want to buy one of the new Consoles only to play cyberpunk.
there is no ps5 version yet only a upgraded ps4 seriously the game looks great it isnt going to look
too much different when your on ps5 maybe a little more clear thats it the game was made of ps4
but base ps4 only records in 720 and if you dont upscale the video with your pc it wont look good
stop sending it straight from your base ps4 to your youtube it wont look good send your video to a
video editor so you can save it 1080 – 1440p so youtube will give you the better vp09 code

I’ve wanted this game for awhile now but I have a PS4 still, should I wait a month for the bugs to get patched and issues fixed? Just worried it’ll be a waste of money if it lags and glitches on my ps4, someone let me know

Thank you really for showing the gameplay on base ps4, I just bought the game and haven't played it yet, some youtoubers scared the shit out of me saying that the game was UNPLAYABLE on base ps4 but from what I can see this is totally doable at least until I can get my hands on a ps5, thank you so much ❤

I have an $800 laptop with a RTX 2060, that’s not some amazing GPU and the game runs fine with everything on high. Crazy how fucked this game is on last gen consoles.
I'm so disappointed with it on my PS4. Playing it, but it feels like a PS2 game at times, and the lag is insane especially when driving. Forget about changing view or radio station. :/

I'm getting it for Christmas for my PS4 Slim, mostly because I fucking vibe with the aesthetics of this genre so hard. Hell, I'd get the game even if it wasn't as hyped up as it was, because I love the genre this inhabits.
Such a shame it isn't up to par on PS4. Here's to hoping it will get fixed before long.

Even CDPR has fallen into the same "ship now, fix later" mindset that most AAA companies do now. Unfinished and unpolished version of an otherwise masterpiece of a game.
I feel the hotfix update made it look more bad…
