Keep in mind that there is a covid19 pandemic in the world and CDPR had huge problems, so the game was not refined and many elements were cut because they wanted to finish quickly because they invested a lot of money and would have financial problems.They hit the worst time. Now, no one is even doing big productions in a pandemic. They cut the game, for example, that there would be police chases.
    that's why this game didn't turn out as it should have been. But even with bugs on PC, you can enjoy playing because it is a well-thought game and combines Deud Ex, Gta, Fallout, it is complicated and requires a lot of work and skills to put together so many great games. No one has done this before and you will be waiting a long time for a better cyberpunk game
