When witcher 3 came out, my pc was a pretty outdated potato. I really wanted to give witcher 3 a go, but waited 2 yrs until i bought a new PC and then bought the game. Its been an absolute blast! One of the best games I've played! With me waiting to upgrade my hardware, I improved the enjoyment of the game. Sure i was a few years behind, but i had a massive game with dlc's and a ton of mods to play with, all at max settings. I heartily recommend anyone who has an old console or pc to do the same with Cyberpunk 2077.
I’m also having a great time on PC. If this were a one and done single player game then I could see all the hate. But they have already said there will be future DLC’s (free) to expand the story and they are working on a multi mode. They aren’t done with this so I only see it getting better. For those who are unfortunate, just give it time. It’s still a great buy.
Let’s be honest, the last potentially great game like this was RDR2 and Rockstar has done NOTHING with it. Give CD Projekt a chance. The game is not even a week old
Screw the bugs…..where is the immersive, living and breathing world where choices matter? All I see is; do this mission, get a call from someone you don't know, do that missions, get another call from someone you don't know. There are no activities outside of missions and side missions which are pretty much the same thing. Some mini-games or interactions with the dead and void world would have been great.

This is why you don't buy games on pre-order on day 1. I don't care about all the bs complaining about the "themes" in the game, I care only about games being working and playable. It's sad how many games release that are just utterly broken at launch. This has become a trend for developers and it needs to stop.
I am loving the game on the Xbox. I can live with the bugs and graphics. The game play and story makes up for it.

I feel like not a lot of people talk about how cdpr’s frame rate goal was 30 and I have a mid tier rig that can barely run this on 60 on all low.

I must disagree i have played fallout 76 since day 1 and it didn't have even a half as much problems as Cyberpunk does …
People are ignorant and selectively blind. Witcher 3 had the same problems on release, and it was also massively downgraded, and everyone gave it 10s. Now Cyberpunk isn't downgraded (at least for PC) and is buggy (just like Wticher), and everyone is losing their minds. Well, guess what, this is nothing new. W3 was (and still is) a buggy game. Why did you give it 10s and you are now giving Cyberpunk 0s and 1s, when the two games are similar in their problems on release?
I really like the game on PC and think its truly something special which makes me even more sad that it doesn't play well on consoles because it's getting judged for its current broken state which is fair, but not judged for the great game that's underneath the buggy surface.
Lol everyone forgets how long and how many patches CDPR had to do with the Witcher 3 before it became much better.

This Game Plays AMAZING on my PS5. almost perfect and 3 crashes only in 76 hours. ignore the hype.
I havent encountered any game breaking bugs after 60 hours. Also I really cant complain about my performance since I have the highest graphic settings and I'm always above 65 fps
Ive had almost every console, and have had gaming pc's for 10+ years. I gave up on consoles. This kind of shit happens all the time on consoles. Why they think its ok to put games out that run at 30 frames and crash all the time is beyond me. Personally I think it happens because publicly traded companys think they need to rush shit to make shareholders happy.
What an empty fucking apology… The game runs like absolutely dig shit on my 1080ti… I can tolerate the bugs but the optimization, piss poor choice system, mediocre story, arbitrary rpg system…. I could go on and on and on. I refuse to believe any of the creators / devs / managers / owners that worked on Witcher actually worked on cyberjunk. A whole new level of disappointment.
7 year old crappy gaming PC's (Read PS4 and XBox1) handling something that stresses current GOOD gaming PC's… doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how that is going to go. Does the game have bugs? Sure. Anything of this size will have them. IMHO, games should not be console+PC …. Even the new consoles will not handle the new games for PC… yet the $$ CDPR (marketing/accounting, etc) people want to make that extra console peasant cash. And being a public company, they have to announce when the cash is coming in. It's the price they pay for getting all that $$$ for the shares.
Should this game have been delayed again? Sure. But it should have dropped PS4/XB1 years ago when it was obvious that they just don't have the muscle to play current games, and it costs PC gamers by forcing needless work on the dev team to try to keep all 3 equal . Keep the cartoon racing games and sports games on consoles. Give up everything else, developers.
After this release I'm done with CDPR. They promised an RPG and delivered an incomplete Action Adventure game. Won't spend a penny on this trash.
I have really enjoyed cyberpunk so far, but I have gotten to the mission "The Heist" were you are suppose to meet with Jacky, Tbug, and Dexter in a booth at the afterlife. When I go to that door to enter the booth it wont open and Jacky just goes thru. its very annoying as I wanna play more but that is preventing me from doing so.
I'm on ps4 for the moment, I've had 4 crashes, my bike got stuck in the ground, blank faces, floating phones and cigarettes. With all this I still can play and am enjoying the game but we all need those fixes for this game to grow like it should. Once I'm able to get a ps5, as soon as there available, and a few patches later then maybe it will hold its weight.⭕
