It's the fact that you always see a shittonne of head- and taillights off in the distance to give the impression of heavy traffic but there never is any.

The amount of Epic/Legendary loot seems to also increase drasticly when playing on easy, don't know if it's true but when my friend was playing she seemed to find a tonne of it, even when under level 10, than I did at level 30+ on hard.
Edit: hmmn, okay it might have been Jingles' level but when I got the rifle it was only rare quality, not iconic.

I haven't played 2077 yet but I have found what would be a personal game breaker – being forced to lean on a car that isn't mine and/or without express permission from the owner is so egregious that I would find it greatly off-pissable.
Your game's buggy and unpolished….. and it still knocks the living shit out of anything else that's been released in years.
