Sidenote: The sound designer should've muffled the gun sounds when the host speaks or insist on proper subtitles, the gun sounds muted the speech quite a bit.

I love this one in particular. It actually teaches the player to be aware of their surroundings while committing a crime. Wish the game had more ways or better reasons to commit more crimes though…
I saw this randomly while on the rescue Evelyn mission. And after watching the cartoon, I finally realized how depressing and dire this world is.
A crazed gunman enters a grocery mart. If you try to run, he'll shoot you down. Your best option is to hide hear an AI controlled gun turret, which has a likelihood of mistaking you for the crazed gunman and shooting you as well.
If you dont get shot by the gun turret, the police will arrive to secure the area. They are also likely to shoot you if you approach them.
Trauma teams will report to remedy medical needs, but if you're not a Trauma Team policy holder you get no medical help. They will also shoot and kill you if you approach them.
Lastly, the store you were in may or may not give you a discount for your next purchase. They will likely force you out of the store, where you will be vulnerable and shot by another crazed gunman/police officer/trauma team medic.
I love it how if you get a wanted level a female officer tends to teleport in right behind you. She announces her presence by saying "he's on my ass"! Then proceeds to decimate your health bar as you look around in confusion. Thanks night city!
i got attacked by a mob of cyberpsychos outside of a ripperdoc office but he never gave me a coupon and the NCPD teleported in then teleported away when i looked at them, officer dobbs should be flatlined for lying
This is pretty neat, the market is an example of a military surveillance state, the pugs are a reflection of the progressive, starry eye'd, fat, weak and bumbling general public who live their lives like sheep under the illusion they are free individuals. Meanwhile, the doberman pinschers are the wolves of society who are devoid of humanity and carry out the governments authority with extreme prejudice and drone like precision. This is by design to control the population, neither animals are ideal because they are both slaves to the system.
