You can get what is arguably the best vehicle in the game right after “The Rescue” mission, it’s called the Arch “Itsumade” and can be located inside a closed garage with a keypad next to it, near the All Foods Plant fast travel point. The keypad code is 0214 and using it on the keypad will open the garage door and add the vehicle to your collection.
