1:33 On my first playthrough I've not gotten that line but on the second one, I was completing all gigs and crime reports everywhere before doing any side missions and I barely just ran through the area without entering any building or interacting with anything and got that hidden dialogue as well, V mentioning already being to this farm. Immediately I realized it must have been because of my actions so I was pleasantly surprised they planned for little things like this.

I did this in my playthrough as well, pretty sure I was doing a Panam mission and spawned near the farm. I’m glad that there’s actually a hidden dialogue, I was worried V would say it regardless.
