I am starting to think about creating a YouTube Channel in which I buy a Rancid Egg from Tuk every day until either the game dies from me overdosing on Rancid Eggs or Silksong comes out
Yesterday was the first day I noticed. I had noticed that everybody in my town, or maybe everyone in my whole city, were crowding around something, but I couldn't tell what it was. I didn't care all too much about it, since I figured it was just a new trend that would die down inevitably. A few days ago, I started starving – Hollow Knight mods can only take you so far, I've found. I couldn't survive for god knows how long with only Decoration Master Mod to my name, so I searched for some Hollow Knight-related content to keep me well fed until our saviors arrived. I searched far and wide for content to consume. Anything that was Hollow Knight related that could keep me alive and breathing for as long as possible. I couldn't find anything in my searches. I searched through the mod installer, the game files, hell, I even had to resort to self-harm through the Gwonkee Impossible Any% mod, but I couldn't find the content that I wanted.
Today was going to be my last day of searching. Out of pure desperation, I walked to the crowded area with no expectations.
And as I peeked through the crowd, I saw what they were all excited about.
A small white piece of paper, in a tiny glass cage, on a marble podium.
The paper simply read: "Silksong coming soon.
– Team Cherry".
And so I will make it my best effort to stay alive until Silksong finally releases. Until our symphony and pleads end. Until our last dying breath, I will make sure that the hype around Silksong stays strong until we are saved.
