Jink works 1st turn if you havent gone yet, to lose the 5++ you have to "remain stationary", which is something you do in your movement phase, which if you havent had one you cant have done.

So couple things
You guys are really low energy. It can make it kind of drag.
Dark Angels player needs a little more experience. Black knights should start out of los, they move 23 turn 1 and can shoot w full rerolls. They are way too expensive to ever deploy in the open.
Protect your characters
Terminators are really really good as dark angels. They can teleport onto a point you take with the bikes, who are then free to move on.
You used a cp to reroll multiple hit dice with the dark talon turn 1. I might have seen that incorrectly, but cp reroll is one die unless it's a charge.
Talon master never had an iron halo. You're thinking sammael on sableclaw.
