  1. Those 3 new perks on the skill tree are a game glitch as they should not be available yet. They will almost certainly disappear and reappear several times. A day or so ago I was surprised to receive 2 skill points instead of a mastery point. On selecting two of the new skills my power level went up to 402. The very next session the new skills disappeared (again!), with my power level dropping back down to 400. You will not lose the skill points, they are now on display ready to be reassigned, as and when the new skills reappear. Hopefully Ubisoft will fix this when the new patch becomes available. According to the latest news new features and bug fixes are due for release next Thursday (18th of this month).
