  1. I think Sean's problem with Black Forest is not that there is not enough things but too many encounters that are empty. If there would be smaller amount of Greydwarfs but they would be moving in coordinated groups, having usable shields so can't be cheesed with arrows and such the Forest would feel way more interesting. As it stands now Greydwarfs act more like annoying flies instead of enemies you have to be wary of and their constant swarming ruins atmosphere of the truly great forest. Making player stay on toes at all times is a great way to remove boredom since player's mind is occupied paying close attention to environment.

  2. Man I miss watching Sean , many moons ago he sent my brother to Boston for a wicked gaming expo and gave him a computer. Super nice amazing time for my brother and Thank you sean for the gaming rig that he loved for many years.

  3. There is a dual struggle that most procedurally generated (PG) games have and that is a lack of variable pacing and scripted npc interaction. A PG game is similar to one of those sleepy-time, 8 hour music tracks that is fine but isn't as interesting as a symphony. And npc interaction in a PG game is like monastic singing compared to a structured game which is more like a the lyrics in your favorite album.
