  1. Your timing is just perfectly on point, Andrea.
I just ragequitted siege and saw your video pop up less than a minute after I closed the game.
I’m usually trying to play games casually, but sometimes it just gets frustrating and I can’t stop myself from getting angry the more I keep playing.
So I usually try to stop playing that certain game and hop into some fun small game to calm myself down and start thinking more positively again.
This doesn’t work everytime though, so I will definitely be trying your advice next time. ( For today, this video was enough to stop my bad mood lol)
So overall, thank you again for your great videos, I always enjoy listening to you 😀

  2. this is pretty good advice. It's not excessively stoic, and you emphasize acknowledging your feelings in context. Not every game can be a dub, but you can play your best during a loss. It's good advice for life as well as games.

When I yell or start making excuses it never makes me feel better, just makes me play worse and the game feels less fun.

  3. Acknowledging emotion really helps; I tend to externalize it, so my girlfriend hears "I'm frustrated and I hate this game" and she'll ask "why play it?"
I answer " because it's fun and I love it" lol

  4. Breathing exercises help a lot, I think. I play a lot of war thunder and that can be a very frustrating game but I find I focus better and my anger subsides after closing my eyes, breathing in for four seconds and then exhaling for four seconds.

  5. There are days where you just can't hold it back man. One day you'll have an average game but the next you'll have the same average game but everytime you die you are just so fucking angry for no reason.

  6. Sometimes getting angry isn’t the best way, you could have a worse aim, spamming through walls even if there is no people and raging to your teammates(which happens most of the times in my CS:GO experience).
Good tip: you know that’s a deadly close quarter combat game right? Then play it carefully, like you have no waves left and you can ambush people (usually 7.62 Nato one taps people and lower caliber takes 2 shots), i suggest you to use the Sterling if you are a Breacher and the AKM or Single fire mode M16A4.
