This update is awful, and small in comparison to the nether update. Frogs a new light block and a biome and mob that was promised 2-3 updates ago. Fantastic job mojang.

wattles, I really don't think making the danger level higher is going to actually help Minecraft to stay relevant, or a popular game. Eventually it will ruin the game. I think the best Mojang could do is make all updates have an on and off toggle, and keep the overall game size reasonable. Minecraft vanilla should remain just that, and the modded games can go wild with dark dangerous stuff. I don't expect anyone to agree with me, but it would be a sad day when Minecraft is so far from the original as to be indistinguishable. What is amazing is how happy you sound. Hearing your voice in this video made my day. <3 ~respect

idk why everyone is hating on 1.19… I think it's easily the best one yet. you can easily see remarkable improvements in quality for Mojang's animations, particularly the warden walking, as well as the sculk, which is super in-depth and cool. Everyone else is saying the update is too small, but if you think about it, mojang had to create an entire system for vibrations in order for this to work.

I really wish they'd add magic to minecraft. We already have witches and enchantments so might as well add spells. Amethyst could even be used as ingredients for spells and we can get some more use out of them.
For 1.20 I think a lot of people would like a biome update. Minecart: Biome Blast.
