Literally power of Rasputin is uslesss everytime. I spawn a warmind cell someone just swoops in and pops it so I just use global reach
IT WAS NOT A LEVI RAID WEAPON. season 1 it was my first exotic and I got it doing a public event on the edz. it is and always has been world drop.
Is PoR still obtainable?
Is the ornament coming back as well as the catalyst?
I have the Sky burner's Oath on my Warlock inventory. Now what does infusion to a higher level do? Does it increase stats or just the power level?

Plot twist: Bungie gave this weapon to us 3 years ago for us to test it out then we Actually use it in this season
Skyburners has always been a random drop but the catalyst was from the raid.
I never understood why you can shoot WARMIND cells without mods. If you could only shoot them with a mod equip, then at least you are contributing. Another season of this annoying problem. Also nice video, looking forward to next season
I actually got both the weapon and I did get the catalyst in the Leviathan Including the Legend of Acrius catalyst both from the garden at the same time and got them both completed. Of course Legend in Whisper, but the other had to be on Leviathan and it took a long time, but I am ready.
It also looks like the Bolters Space Marines use in Warhammer 40K
I figured this out last night. Got a build all set up, I knew there would be a video about this
It is could be possible the same warmind set up will work with the exotic bow next season depending if the extra arrows count as splash damage or not.
I am also on the lookout for any solar weapon with the explosive payload or timed payload perks because they will also make warmind cells using the same set up.
You couldn’ve gotten skyburners from any exotic source I never finished leviathan until this year and still had it

I've been useing Skyburners oath for months and i love it,it's range is great and it seems to do splash damage to,for eg: during the Hawkmoon quest the last boss allways hides from me and has a solar shield,but i would shoot very close to him behind the stantion and was getting hits,i asume splash damage but thats irrelevant i think its a great pop gun.
Still doesn't do enough damage though 😕

This build + Sunbracers & Attunement of Sky (Warlock) is the most fun I've had in a while. Superb aerial game AND ad clearing.
Can’t wait this gun has always been my favourite vanilla D2 exotic gun and one of the exotic I actually liked because it was a scout that looked unique

Skyburner's Oath + Salvager's Salvo (If it is a kinectic) + Subzero Salvo (Or any rocket since it was buffed) Paired with top tree dawn with Sunbracers will be a build i will be using next season, it basicaly will turn me into a attack helicopter
I really hope skyburners is meta, it has never had a chance to shine. Also the thing has no damage falloff, making it amazing for all ranges.

I loved the sky burners oath for a while especially for gambit, i still use it but I dont have the catalyst yet hopefully I can obtain it.
