Bro so like I rolled a pyro dmg crimson witch goblet with good substats today and like 4 of 5 rolls went into elemental mastery. I was so mad until I popped it on Hu Tao and noticed that she's hitting 20k harder than normal. Literally bodied the ruin guards in one E duration. Maybe I should be looking for elemental mastery LOL.
