Been a hot second since I posted something, right? been hard at work, as always :’]
DEVIL’S GAMBIT is one of the Nightmare songs for FNF: Indie Cross, a series of bonus songs that put your rhythm skills to the test. And Devil’s Gambit pits you against Nightmare Cuphead, personally this one’s my favorite outta the bunch!
I think this is gonna be my last Indie Cross remix/cover for a while, I wouldn’t wanna overdo it, leave some suggestions in the comments and I might take ’em into consideration!
I’ve spent a total of about 12 hours on this, burning through lotsa different concepts & trying out different instruments and I think I did really good on this one! I’ve experimented with different genres and styles in recent tracks, which you can find in my recent SANSATIONAL and LAST REEL remixes! you should totally check em out if you haven’t already hehe :]

Bro I don't think I've ever heard of you before and now I'm sad I haven't. I was expecting the whole slightly different instrumental track and just more sounds for the vocals like most low-effort remixes do, but this is infinitely better than I could have ever imagined. Might as well be an entirely original song You are an insanely talented artist and I subscribed within 10 seconds of hearing this!
You are amazing Zeroh. Every remix only adds drums and cuts to make the remix soud cool. But you change the vocals, and the song itaelf.
This isn't as intense as normal Devil's Gambit which was a key feature I liked about it, and the voicebank could've been better and louder, but this was still a banger.
This sounds nothing like the original, and I mean that in the best way possible. This is amazing
As much as I love this remix (and your music in general), this sort of feels like an entirely different song but it's using nightmare cuphead's vocals. Like the instrumentals, and by extension the overall tone of the song, sound a bit too chill imo when taking into consideration the tone that the original mix had.
By all means this is still an amazing remix, 10/10 man. Keep it up

NGL, I starting to love that remix better than the original Devil's Gambit. Nightmare Cuphead sounded a little like Cuphead, but the original sounded sounded like a Technicolor bot IDK, still though I liked that remix.

i don't listen to the original devil's gambit or last reel often but your remixes bro absolutely wild added to my playlists keep on popping off
since you asked for suggestions, have you considered any of the songs from the hotline 024 mod? they do be pretty juicy and you might have fun with them! my favorites are probably broadcasting, smokebomb, and soda disco funk but any of the songs from the mod would be a good choice tbh
