One of the major themes of Shadowlands has gone ignored in the talk about this cinematic. Revendreth's entire purpose in the Shadowlands (which it has not been fulfilling under Sire Denathrius) is to give EVERY SOUL a chance at redemption. This has been covered before in Afterlives: Bastion, where we see Devos and Uther circumvent the system of the Shadowlands to ensure that Arthas goes directly to The Maw, instead of getting his chance at redemption. This lends to an incredible story arc that we may witness if they do, in fact, intend to go with a redemption arc for Sylvanas.
We have no need, or even really any reason to actually see Sylvanas get redeemed in this expac, or any expansion in the future. If she dies at the end of this expac, and gets her ACTUAL death that she's been denied, essentially twice at this point, then she'll have the chance at redemption just as every other soul is meant to receive. That is assuming that we fix whatever is broken in the Shadowlands and things begin functioning normally again, which would be greatly disappointing if we don't. It would simply be enough to have Sylvanas die to give her a redemption arc that, by their own admission throughout the Revendreth campaign, could very well take millennia to accomplish.
The arguments I've heard so far are lending to the idea that they're going to have her be redeemed come the end of Shadowlands, and I highly doubt that will be the case, if we get a Sylvanas redemption at all. She's shown multiple times before now how she's prone to playing with people's emotions to get her way, or to further whatever cause she supports. The entire cinematic could very well just be Sylvanas doing some world class acting to get to Anduin to appeal to his sense of compassion in order to make him reconsider helping her and the Jailor willingly, rather than being forced to do so. All in all, it's too soon to really say what this cinematic means in the long run (unless there's something further that I've missed.)
So dumb that the treatment the "leader of the free world" used to get well in only 4 days is NOT available to the public simply because the corporate health care system doesn't like THAT leader. >.>

BLIZZARDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD….. jesus christ….. so if they add actual controller support lets just add mouse and keyboard support and we will all have to play it like that having a lagging low FPS experience while sitting next to our expensive gaming PCs
you can get the sylvanas/anduin cinematic ingame if you defeted denathrius (last boss first raid) and are up to date in the maw quest chain. I got the cinematic a few days ago.

They're not trying to Kerrigan Sylvanas, like a lot of other features of Shadowlands they're trying to backtrack on the things that pissed people off. It pissed off a lot of Horde players that they just made Sylvanas into Garrosh 2.0. So, they're setting theirself up to backtrack.
I know nobody want's to hear this and while his death is tragic he like many were not healthy to start. The medical system should be telling people to live healthier by eating right or within reason and working out. You can avoid most health complications by living healthy can stuff stuff still happen to a healthy person yes but it's less likely to. I have had life and death moments so for me I am numb to it.

Median xl Sigma sounds appealing, but it's a pretty bad mod. The entire ladder is balanced around dimensional labyrinth (which is a cheap poe mapping system copy), which is the only place where you can get level 141+, so if you want to compete in ladder you need to farm it. The problem is that most builds cannot compete in it due to the nature of their design. Moreover, mxl is extremely pay to win. You can buy forum gold and even get to keep it between seasons. Imagine starting a poe league with 300 exalts. It wouldn't be so bad, but most item prices are driven up by some people having immense quantity of forum gold.
If you want a nice d2 mod, try grim dawn's diablo 2 remaster mod. It's better than ever now. Hell, even the new poe expansion sounds extremely good. Just stay away from median xl (or sigma I should say, cause the original mxl is pretty good).
