Did anything REALLY happen with Friday Night Funkin?

Did anything REALLY happen with Friday Night Funkin? Today we are reacting to a video that talks about the FNF Kickstarter and what happened to it. Did the FNF Dev team take the money & run or are people being impatient?

  1. i kinda agree from both sides tbh. i agree they should talk more on kickstarter, or say on kickstarter they update info about fnf on their twitter and streams so people there know where to look, and i get some people dont get their rewards when they should and stuff and that maybe the kickstarter rewards should be done first before everything else, but in the end of the day, for the most part its around 5 people working on fnf, but i think people should just calm down and wait, its not a scam, we get news still about the game, and it takes time for a game to be made

  2. I do think hes right on some of the things, its not YOUR job as a supporter of a Kickstarter to go seek for infos on the game you supported through Twitter or shit, but yeah he kinda whining for no reason for the merch part

  3. I dunno about anyone else, but I put money into the Kickstarter under the Vinyl OST tier, and a few weeks ago I did actually get it. Not only that, but the entire package was super well put together, with literally every corner and crevice being customized (even the two separate copyright labels have unique funny custom messages in them from the Funkin' Crew) and the Vinyl itself as well as the album sleeve being made of great materials and are built very well. You can tell off of it that they genuinely want to give you your money's worth with the merchandise rather than sourcing everything to some cheap company that makes low quality products as an easy out. I mean with the price I paid I'd say even with just the Vinyl package itself I got my money's worth. Between the level of care going into the merch, the size of the team working on it, and especially taking into account when the kickstarter actually took place and the long-lasting effects of the pandemic on companies and production, I have no doubt in my mind the folks over at The Funkin' Crew are still hard at work on getting all merchandise tiers taken care of as well as FNF as a whole. These things take time, a lot more time than I believe a lot of people realize, and while my only gripe would be on the general lack of official updates (stuff like posts being sent out on kickstarter and other things of that nature) in the past few months, I have no doubt that FNF is gonna slap when the game releases, and that it'll be worth the wait.
