  1. It's not gonna steal from developers. It's different from art and essays. It already knows everything about coding because all knowledge of coding is on the internet that has been shared. Even if it doesn't do this, Roblox will teach it themselves for maximum efficiency on their new feature. I'm not concerned about it taking peoples jobs, it's actually gonna improve it. If a developer wanted to do something complicated like a proper, advanced foot placement mechanism with inverse kinematics but couldn't do it because of their skill level, this would help them a ton. People ideas also shouldn't be held back because of their ability to code and games shouldn't be low quality because the developer can't work to the fullest. This will also enable quicker updates for certain games and loads of other useful things. It's one thing to have really high level code, but assembling it will also be quite difficult so little 10 year old Timmy can't just become the next big thing because of AI.

  2. ( 2:23 )When we code something was are translating what we want to do into "computer language" I think what they probably did is taught the AI "human language" and then had it translate that over to the "computer language" so that the computer can read and understand the code. (Just an idea tho I don't really know)

  3. It's funny how Roblox Devs have made games this realistic but most just choose not to and imagine horrors which looked really realistic like doors or piggy I mean some like that already exist but if all games were like this Roblox would be full of a lot of older people would start playing

  4. AI just needs to be stopped at this point and must be used only for the necessary things like game NPCs and whatnot. Stuff like this is the exact reason people fear an AI world takeover (despite that being impossible)

  5. Roblox uses LUA for code. The A.I. would likely use the documentation from the coding language to generate code, instead of taking stuff from games, due to security reasons.
Otherwise could influence the AI to insert malicious code into more games.

  6. This is very helpful since most developers learned to code from free models, which sometimes might have lines of code that they don't want, they can just use this instead and learn the code.

  7. I love how he always threatens and insults roblox, and he is in the star program, but he abuses admin as well ( as a joke ). I have been watching this guy for a few years and he is still as funny as ever lol

  8. I uniorincally believe laws need to be put in place to prevent ai taking over tons of jobs, because you can laugh now but its genuinely not going to be so long from now that for example you can tell an ai to make an entire anime episode for you an it will just do it, and far far faster then any humans could. Ai will start replacing so many jobs because the greedy rich guy at the top wont care that hes putting people out of jobs, he no longer has to pay for employees. So laws need to be put in place to stop it.

  9. actually I just straight up chatgpt-ed a script and bro it gave me a working script n all I needed to do was know how to change the name of stuff. technical things ai can learn, like how ppl learn coding to code. there's no stealing code, it's just applying what u learnt to make scripts

  10. I think this is a good IDEA (to an extent). If utilized correctly it will make developers jobs much easier scripting more complex systems in a less amount of time. However, I am worried about how Roblox might choose to execute their new AI development system.
