You need use reactions for DIluc. It's 4 chracter game. Xiao is really bad because Ganyu>Klee>Diluc>Xiao. And some 4* charachers also better

Now Xiao is released, he's currently the best AOE spamming dps in the game. It's crazy how fast he can clear the abyss.
