  1. Some of this looks absolutely horrible…so much so, that at times, I wondered if your video capture was messed up. For example, at 3:16 – 3:26, look at the lighting. It's like if someone used the entire wrong color space. At 4:14 – 4:18, there is one shade of blue for the entire vehicle on the right. No shading at all. And the blue looks like it's emitting light. All around, there is sparkly stuff, like the image is reconstructed from 360p. This can be seen at 6:00 – 6:04, in particular, with sparkles on the back window for no reason, kind of like how an old film has blips on the film. And at 8:35 – 8:53 on both consoles, even though it's a sunny day, the rooves of the cars look like they have rain streaks, while again, the back windows are popping with white dots. What's going on?

  6. This game looks awful, it looks super flat. If only they focused more on the level of detail and selling us a real seamless living world and not on crap life 120fps and 4K. This looks like it came out in 2006. I will take super clean and detailed worlds at 1080p 30/60fps over this any day. Games like TLoU2, RD2 and GoW on base PS4 still look amazing.

    I know it's early but I've never wanted a Next Gen console so little before.

  7. What is with all the comments in vids like this. Why do all the PS fans come across as absolute Toxic children? I know there are some the same on Xbox but no where near as infantile. Why is it sad that the Xbox version is still worse? There are so many reasons to buy the series X which is why I bought one. I will get a PS5 later also when stocks are back up. Why are people losers who have an Xbox? I think there is a lot of paranoia about devs making a version worse to even them up. Really? Who cares if your chosen system is more powerful. Just got both? I also bought a switch at Xmas as I can.

  12. So xbox is slightly better graphics but it's hot the same UI as the xbox one X
    And a shocking last gen next gen controller

    Playstation slightly ever so slightly less graphics and a actual next gen controller
    I myself have got all my games saved on playstation store so it would be daft for me to get a xbox!
    If you've got all your games on xbox get a XBOX stop the fucking arguing

  20. Thanks for the detailed review as always!
    Personally, I'll stick with DiRT 2 as my all time favorite. That game needs a remaster. Will sell much more than DiRT 5.
    The way I see it, on DiRT 5 they tried to reinvent the wheel and screwed the pooch big time.
    I mean, look at the ground looking scorched shadows on PS5…
    The poor visuals and bad performance on XSX is inexcusable. It should perform better than the PS5 every time. Yet, it does not.
    One thing I cringe every time I see is windshield splashes and wipers activating every single time the car goes through any mud or damp surfaces. This is not even close to lifelike or reality. It kills it for me.
    Looks like this game was rushed and developed by amateurs.

  27. Well the trophies are dog shit. I had to replay the entire game to earn the "unlock alll takedowns" trophy, although I earned all 375 medals and beat all throwdowns already. AND I only started playing the game 5 days ago.
