  1. Important Note: I don't like uploading "drama" type content to this channel but I feel this is going to be needed.
    Please be civil in the comments. It is clear that everyone in this lobby was heated, everyone involved are human and everyone is fine with each other.
    As the Among Us morning lobbies are slowing down I will continue to post content from previous streams and future content from the members involved.

  5. The OTV lobby doesn't have this much of a problem really. Sykkuno has no problem with letting his friends win as impostors, even willingly goes along as the 3rd impostor, if that makes his friends have fun.

  7. My two favorite Among Us streams in a while were the Rivals with the VTubers and the stream with the pro wrestlers. No one was taking it too seriously everyone was just having fun.

  8. Honestly if Sykkuno would wake up for The Hafu lobbies they would all have way more fun. Sykkuno is so carefree same with Corpse. Both of them provide so much entertainment because they just have fun and that’s what really matters when it comes to playing games like this.

They should play mods or dumb game modes every other session or so, because I reckon that would help them blow off some steam and get them a little loosened up and relaxed in comparison to standard Among Us where everyone is dead silent and serious until meetings, where they release all that pent up tension in a ball of lies and gaslighting.

  15. There are two fundamental mindsets for playing games: playing for fun, and playing competitively. Among us is a game that should be played with the former mindset first and foremost, as trying to be competitive in a game where are you have to actively communicate with other players is going to lead to this kind of toxicity.

  16. I think what's happened, is that certain players have gotten to the point where they can begin clearing other players not based on ingame activity, but how they speak.

    So if you're imposter, it is now impossible to frame people with hard crew tells, while those people are alive to clear them.

  17. I'd have to say that dk has a good point here to be honest. There's too many "unwritten rules" where they try to bend the game with arbitrary rules that favor Impostors, and I think part of that is the viewers' doing as well. Everybody seems to want to watch the Impostor win videos, and so they are pressured to pump out more Impostor win videos, therefore putting too much stress on making the Impostors win, but you can't just hand them a win because then the audience will get bored. The Audience wants to see Impostors pull clutch victories or genuine curb-stomps that weren't staged, but this is simply and sadly an unreasonable expectation. You could play 500, maybe even 1000 hours before you see something like the quad-kill in specimen game ever again. But the Audience eats that stuff up like candy and goes "more please!" … there's a reason why chocolate tastes awesome but yet is not something you should eat on a constant basis. We, as the audience, need to show them that crew games and losses are fine. Go and support that kind of content, rate those videos up, show them that they don't have to be so rigid and tryhard, that we love them even if they are crew, and even if the Impostors lose sometimes.

  19. This is why I only watch Steve's stream for the morning lobbies he doesn't get heated at being voted out for a sus that's incorrect or takes his imposter games so serious to the point where he thinks he does everything perfect so he shouldn't get sussed.

  20. I agree so much. Normally, I watch 5up’s stream but had to stop. It’s become so toxic in the chat when he gets voted out or loses, or even when someone (especially Hafu) thinks he’s sus. I don’t think 5up realizes that some of the things he says really encourage it ether.

    Like the other day, his imposter buddy killed someone by nav and 5up wasn’t 100% clear but there was no hard accuses. A couple rounds later, Hafu brought it up and 5up got extremely defensive. Hafu was not hard accusing him nor did she say it was necessarily him, just asking him where he was that round, and he pushed against the questions way to hard. He was voted out amongst other proof and spent the rest of the game confused why he was even sus. Chat went off of his vibes and started bashing Hafu, bashing other players, bashing the lobby. Saying there was no logic even when 5up’s defence was so off that it was obvious he wasn’t crew.

    Same thing today. Hafu simply asks where 5up was, and chat starts becoming toxic and extremely sexist.

    It’s frustrating as a viewer to watch them become really worked up, even worse to see chat egg it on at toxic levels.

    I’ve switched to Steve and Tina (when she plays). Way more enjoyable.
