Finish your fights fast, that is the name of the game in Apex Legends Ranked. If you cannot finish this fight in 15 seconds or less, it probably isn’t worth taking or sticking around much longer.
I know it sounds like a stretch, but here are some tips and example of how to get in and out of your ranked fights fast here in season 10 ranked.

This is impossible when my friend wants to run a sniper and spend the whole game on a rooftop. I'm slowly getting him to be more aggressive but there is still nobody behind me when I push a team initially. Oh well it's helped me improve on my ability to stay alive in and potentially win a 1v3

100% correct with this. I got to diamond and actually tried pushing through D4 yesterday. Fights end quick as shit. You literally cannot have a fight last a minute, unlike in Plat, where you could do that and not worry about a third. I swear, in diamond, these mfers speed hack across the map lmfao
Just do you in ranked most people are absolute scumbags/noobs so if you play like a solo you'll tend to be the last one alive1 Instead of following your idiot teammates pings or just do a is constant marathon without looting just to get smoked
I try this but sometimes there's people just sniping and are actually good at it so unless someone has Wraith, crossing the space to said team is impossible, and then their sniping is drawing the third party so if we try to run we run into the third party, and if we win against them, the sniper team pops up IMMEDIATELY.
Coms is everything if you can’t communicate you’re already dead. And this is for everyone if you’re dead because you pushed without saying anything don’t finally put your mic on to talk shit it’s pathetic and annoying.
Bruh that's what I say to my teammates, only push if you knocked or cracked someone's shield, but no they do the opposite cause when I play rank teammates push and be forcing unnecessary fights like they on pubs, but when I play pubs teammates and enemies be camping and playing like they on ALGS tournament. Game needs some work or just add solo mode period for ranked and pubs. Ranking up should be a matter of own skills to see where exactly you at without teammates.
I struggle in pubs lmao 600 damage on one squad as your teammates have like 30 damage yelling one shot 10 seasons in and 99% of my friends list are the .50 kds I carried through the season but everyone’s so dam good I can’t carry no more I also don’t play as much as I use to either

Regarding team focus on 1 enemy, i can't do that 90% of the time since I'm solo q and in the server I play they never use mics at least so far in D4 lobbies that's how it's been any advice?
I’ve started calling out that fights are going on for too long in ranked. Wether or not people listen to me is another thing, but if we’re in a position for too long with constant firing, I usually just call for a reposition, see if new teams are coming in
