This was tough, those who have Xiao will have a field on this one. Take out the hilichurls as fast as you can, so use any form of crowd control like anemo characters and others with heavy burst damage ultis, take them out so you can focus on the Herald, make sure your ultimates are off cooldown when the mobs respawn so you can spare no time. Keep repeating until the Herald pops his shield and use a cryo character to break it.
I initially failed with Hu Tao and Xiao too since they weren’t built properly, you will have to use your strongest DPS available. I had more luck with Ningguang.

I failed multiple times so I had take out my venti who is still underleved with random artifacts, you would need an anemo character to crowd control (Sucrose is great too) and then burst the mobs down with your best burst damage ulti or else they will heal the herald.

Lol I don’t have Venti or anyone with that level of crowd control but I had Zhongli and Diluc so I just popped a meteor and a Phoenix and a few hits later the hilichurls died so it worked out in the end

The most annoying domain from the twisted realm. Actually, the most annoying domain period. Not only is it hard to kill the herald in time, but he never shuts up.
the description doesn't really help much though. it's basically "just get venti/sucrose lol", and I still don't understand why the attendants keep respawning. How do we get him to pop his shield?
