After 50 kills Skippy permanently switch modes to the opposite. So if you want Stone Cold killer then choose Puppy-Loving Pacifist. After you kill 50 enemies with pacifist mode skippy will tell why you prefer crippling people over killing. If you select the option "I don't know", it will switch to the headshot mode.
this just happened to me, you sure you can’t turn it back? or even after another 50 kills it changes ?

You'll get a mission to return skippy to it's owner. And the owner resets it and renames it and pays you.
Man. What a load of crap. Sure shooting people in the genitals is fun and the joke itself was funny. But come on devs. Just let us tell Skippy to either listen to me or I'll scrap him. XP

Keep this gun, as it is the only smart link gun that works without an actual smart link, allowing you to have both ricochet and this in your loadout !!
This really pissed me off! It was great until this happened, not funny at all. Its this kind of shit that really fucks me off about games that expect you to know shit you cant know on your first playthrough.
Just throw the mod on that doesn't kill people, that way it keeps the damage output
