Time sure flies when you are having fun, Over the years Doom has had many ports to consoles, Handheld versions, 5 Main games, Several spin-offs, countless Doom clones, placements on Best video games ever lists, endless mods and wads (maybe) and even meme status, Doom has done it all hasn’t it? This mod is by Kinsie which goes back to July 2016 and tries to be a high class enhancement mod.

MetaDooM works differently from most Gameplay enhancement mods, Here it tries to combine Gameplay elements from every main doom game of the time from Doom to Doom 2016, The mod randomizes weapon spawns, enemy spawns, adds more gore and blood and also features Ultra-Nightmare mode referencing Doom 2016 where if you die, You are done..It’s time to start all over from the beginning.

The weapons have changed greatly, Such as the pistol having infinite ammo like in Doom 2016, Enemies now behave differently and have different A.I., A notable change is the Pistol zombie and the Over-Aggressive Baron change from Doom 3, I liked this mod a lot but I feel that something is missing, It’s a mod that does a lot right but the author must’ve dialed back and let the mod go for now, This V666 update is the latest so far I’ve found.
